Meet Kelsey, her journey began with a lifelong passion for natural wellness methods and later her own healing from Chronic Lyme Disease, Anxiety, and Depression. Through holistic practices like deep meditation, somatic exercises, and a wide range of healing modalities, she experienced profound transformation. Now, she strives to guide others on their path to optimal wellness, and to their own innate healing abilities. Kelsey is an AADP Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Massage Therapy Specialist, Astro-Herbalist, Reflexologist, Sound Healer, and Mentor.

She is a graduate of the Professional Massage Therapy Specialist degree program from Keystone Technical Institute, and one of the Holistic Sciences degree program from Quantum University. During her studies, she has also completed the Astro-herbalism program at The School of Evolutionary Herbalism by Sajah Popham, Sound Healing certification with Life Changing Energy, and Cacao Facilitator Certification from Medicine of Sound.
